こにちいわ? (did I do that right?)

colortheworld123's picture

Hiya! I only just found out that people can read these publicly. I know, I know, it sounds stupid that this hadn't occured to me earlier, but I guess I hadn't thought about it much!

Anyways, what I learned today was sa, se, shi, su, and so. It's not horrible, but I can't seem to remember the sa at all! >.<

That's about it... I know a few words, I am going to make a word document of them soon! ^_^

I don't feel like putting a song on, sorry! ^_^

Memorizing

I memorized the Japanese alphabet simply be writing a letter I couldn't seem to remember over and over until I was able to keep it in my brain. ^.^

It also helps if you have some sort of reading material that you can practice with. It doesn't matter whether or not you know what you are reading, all that matters not is whether you can read it or not. :D

Vowel order

I would also recommend listing kana in the standard order to make things easier on you later. Dictionary lookup and other things are easier if you follow tha 'a i u e o' pattern.
