i am a foreigner in japan, and needs to learn nihonggo

I am karen. A foreigner here in japan, it`s been a month that i have been staying here, and i can only say the basic words of their language and needs to learn more of it. Please do help me learn nihonggo, i believe that it can lessen my stress and anxiety if i learn the language and can speak it confidently..
i hope someone or anyone can help.. Thank you so much..

Since nobody else has responded, I just wanted to say that I hope you're finding the website useful. :) If you need any help with specific problems, please feel free to let us know. :) A good place to start is the Getting Started page ( http://thejapanesepage.com/getting-started ), and then if you run into specific problems we can try to help with that... but we can't really help much more than that... you have to start getting a foundation begun on your own to narrow down which things you need more help with as you progress. :)
