Site Charter

Maybe we need a little blurb from User:Clay about the purpose of TJP. I think there's a big bit of 'For Educational Use' and a desire that even Elementary or High Schools would want to let their students use this site. This may be the root reason for the no profanity/sensitive topics/anything else that would get the site filtered by schools as unsuitible for learning purposes. Deliberately specifying that we are School friendly and desire to remain so and will enforce such a policy can only be a good thing for this site. I cant run a check like Zen san can, but I'm pretty sure at least 1/4 or so of our members are under 15. Even if it's not, members that young are a signficiant portion of the membership.

A lot of the joking can get somewhat pg 13 or higher so It would be a good idea to state this policy and try to enforce it. It will take some getting used to, but will ultimately be for the best.
