		+	Maybe we need a little blurb from [[Users:Clay]] about the purpose of TJP.  I think there's a big bit of 'For Educational Use' and a desire that even Elementary or High Schools would want to let their students use this site.  This may be the root reason for the no profanity/sensitive topics/anything else that would get the site filtered by schools as unsuitible for learning purposes.  Just sort of a feeling I get. --[[User:Zengargoyle|Zengargoyle]] 20:30, 8 August 2006 (EDT)

Site Charter

Maybe we need a little blurb from Users:Clay about the purpose of TJP.
