  • 匕 spoon or someone sitting

Etymology: 

After the battle with so much death, the hero sits down 匕 among the bones 歹 around him.

  • 死刑(しけい) death penalty; capital punishment
  • 死亡(しぼう) death; mortality
  • 必死(ひっし) frantic; frenetic; desperate
