In Nara, deer roam freely. (nara dewa, shika ga hanashigai ni sarete imasu.)

NOTES:
[as for in Nara; deer; kept free; are allowed] Nara was an ancient capital of Japan. There are over a thousand deer roaming freely on the streets.
